You may need to apply three or four coats of paint. It is wise to let the first coat dry before starting the painting of the second coat.

It depends on what you desire, but if you are considering painting the ceiling, you will need to consider hues, tints, and value of paint, shades, and so forth. You will also need to consider resins, additives, solvents, pigments, and so forth to know which direction you are heading.

It is imperative to have a basic idea of what level of solvent in paints are needed to bring out a quality appeal, since the high solution the less indulgencing. Pigments is an additive to paints to help give off the vagueness attraction.
